You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services. We are not responsible for user-generated content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
6. Tournaments and Rewards
Tournaments are subject to specific rules posted on each event page. Rewards, prizes, and virtual currency are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to disqualify participants, modify events, or cancel tournaments without prior notice.
7. Purchases and Refunds
We may offer virtual currency or premium memberships for purchase. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices are subject to change.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Klmno.top is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Klmno.top. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, virtual currency and rewards may be forfeited.
